Davinpaw respects your privacy. This explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. We do not sell your personal data.

What we collect

• The pet photo you upload — to create your portrait.
• Your email — to send your proof and order updates, and so you can return to finish an order.
• Your shipping address — to print and deliver your order.

Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep uploads

For orders that aren't completed, your uploaded photo and generated proofs are kept for about 7 days so you can come back and finish, then automatically deleted.

How your data is used

We share only the minimum information necessary with the trusted service providers who help us run the store — to process your payment securely, produce your order, and ship it to you. We do not sell your personal data.

Advertising & analytics

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure whether our ads work, our site includes the Meta Pixel, and when you complete a purchase we also send Meta a server-side Conversions API event. This can include a securely hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and the order value — never your raw email, name, address, or card details. Meta uses this to attribute conversions and improve ad delivery. Under California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can limit it with your browser’s tracking controls or an ad blocker, and through your Meta ad preferences.

Your choices

You can ask us about the data associated with your order, or request its deletion, by replying to your order confirmation email (it reaches our support team and is linked to your order).
