By placing an order with Davinpaw, you agree to these terms.

Orders & pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free shipping within the US. Placing an order and completing payment forms your agreement to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a photo can't be used or an item is unavailable).

Made-to-order fulfillment

Portraits and merchandise are made to order and produced and shipped by our third-party print-on-demand partner. Items typically arrive in about 1–2 weeks (2–5 business days production plus transit). You approve your proof before we print.

Your photo & image rights

By uploading a photo, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and you grant Davinpaw a limited license to use that image solely to create, produce, and deliver your order. Don't upload images you don't have the rights to, or that are unlawful or infringe others' rights.

Limitation of liability

Davinpaw provides its products "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages; our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
